This year our main show was held in the Herriot Watt School in Edinburgh
The results of our Annual Competition
FIRST PRIZE - LMS Beyer Garratt by Timothy Edwards - Tim Edwards
SECOND PRIZE - Tower Bridge - Bobby Middlemass
(This model also won first prize at the North Eastern Society exhibition at Darlington in 2001)
THIRD PRIZE - Ball Handler - Ed Rebecca
JIM FINLAYSON TROPHY - Chris Shute won the Jim Finlayson Trophy
This was for his Ping Pong Lifter Man
This trophy is awarded annually by the previous year's winner and usually marks some special quality of meccano building or Meccano attribute.
